Biography: Anthony (Tony) Vincent Jenkins was born in the Bronx, on December 10th 1964. He was the third eldest of six children of Lucius and Elizabeth Jenkins. He attended Fox Lane Middle School in Bedford, N.Y., and later Public Intermediate School 201 in Harlem earning his GED.
 
Tony served in the military at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in 1982. Tony also attended John Jay University.
 
Although Tony was a native New Yorker, he loved the South. He had a wonderful sense of humor, great intelligence and a quick wit. He always offered an encouraging word to his children, nieces and nephews. He was particularly kind and patient with children; and he had a smile that could light up a room.
 
God called Tony home died on July 18, 2018.
 
He is survived by his common law wife of more than thirty years, Donna Morgan of Bronx, New York.
 
He was a loving and supportive husband, a loving father to his cherished sons Jameal of South Carolina and Joshua of New York City, and his granddaughters Gheri and Jayla of South Carolina.
 
His legacy is also survived by his loving brothers: Edward, Kevin and Gregory; his loving nieces and nephews: Kevin, Christopher,
Elizabeth, Lucius, Cheyenne, Lulu, Edward Jr., Amina, LaQuita, Shakiera, Tranequa, Michael, and Kenneth.
 
We mourn his passing to a better place. But, we also celebrate his life, his faith, and his relationship his the Almighty.
 
Tony was well-loved, respected and admired by so many people. Tony will be terribly missed by his family, friends, niece, nephew and grandchildren.
