Lisa Ward was born on November 24, 1965 to Yvonne Bratton and Roy C. Ward. She was the oldest of two. She was later joined by her little brother Roy “Cowboy” Ward. Lisa attended Dodge High School in the Bronx and spent a few semesters at Hunter
Lisa landed her first job at the age of 18 working in a bank. She went on to explore many different careers including security and construction.
Lisa was always known for being a quiet and private individual. But that never affect the amount of love she gave and received from her family, especially her nephew Raevon. The two of them shared a very special bond that Lisa was extremely proud of. She
enjoyed spending time watching movies with her mother and stepfather. She also had a love for music and traveling.
Lisa was preceded in death by: her father Roy, her brother Cowboy, her aunts: Pinky, Neomia and Yvette, her uncles: Roy Geronimo and Ruben, and her cousin Tina.
She is survived by: her loving mother Yvonne; her stepfather Eugene; her nephew Raevon; her aunts: Joanne, Hiawatha, Georgina and Gilda; her uncle Julius; her great-uncles Austin and Keith; and a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
Lisa will be sorely missed. God Bless You Lisa. We will miss you.
