Catherine Brundidge was born November 23, 1945 in Glenwood, Pike County, Alabama, to the late J.K. Brundidge and Lucille Leverette Brundidge. She was the third child of eight siblings. She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age and united with Friendship Baptist Church, Pike County, Alabama.
Catherine was a 1965 graduate of Goshen High School, Goshen, Alabama. After graduation she moved to New York City and began her career with New York Bell where she remained until her retirement. Catherine was dedicated to her family and enjoyed spending time with them.
She departed this earthy life on January 30, 2019 at Harlem Hospital surrounded by her sisters, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Kevin Brundidge, two Sisters, Mary Louise Brundidge and Mary Dean Brundidge; two Brothers, James Kelly Brundidge and Bennie Lewis Brundidge.
She leaves to cherish loving and everlasting memories: two Sisters, Liza Mae James and Brenda Lee Brundidge, New York, NY, and one Brother, Willie Mack (Sherry) Brundidge, Birmingham, Alabama; two Uncles, Willie Frank Leverette and George Leverette, Jr., Troy, Alabama; one Aunt, Carrie Lee Leverette, Troy, Alabama; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
