My deepest condolences goes out to the family. I knew Ms. Lottie back in the day at Macy's, when we both worked in the Payroll Department. I had just been employed and I was only 20 years old at the time, she was kind and embraced showing me how the job needed to be done. She was a gentle kind human being and she will be missed.
