Biography:
On December 10, 2019, Justina Collette Hall departed this life. Justina was born at Harlem Hospital in New York on August 22, 1958 to the late James and Lena Hall. She attended Jane Addams Vocational High School and attended Bronx Community College where she received an Associates Degree in Business.

Justina was an adventurous, fun and outgoing person. She enjoyed styling hair, especially her daughter’s hair. She loved music; listening to artists such as Jaheim and Luther Vandross to name a few. Her favorite past time was shopping on the QVC channel and talking on the phone with friends and family. She spent a lot of time with her daughter Aisha and nephew Tyrone. She was always so excited to travel to Rochester to spend time with her other daughter Sadiqa and her three grandchildren during the year.

Over the years she worked as a hairstylist beside her friend and mentor Mary Miles. She also worked at the NYC Police Department as an administrative assistant until her retirement and she loved working as needed at the voting polls assisting people with casting their votes over the years. Justina was a huge advocate for people exercising their right to vote.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two loving daughters, Aisha and Sadiqa; three grandchildren: Dayshalon, Emery and Jada; one sister Charlene; one brother Anthony; one sister-in-law Angernette; two nephews: Anthony and Tyrone; a great-niece Cheyenne; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. She also shared a very special bond with Victor Watts and with family members of her children's father.

Lovingly Submitted,
The Family
