Biography: Dekesiha Monae Sharp (nee Elliott) graced us with her presence on October 15, 1976 to Jimmy Rinchart and Dedra Elliott. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, but lived in Bronx, New York and Georgia before permanently settling in White Plains, New York.
 
Dekesiha attended Eastern District High School for several years before opting to go to Job Corps. It is there that Dekesiha
discovered her two true loves: her husband, Darrel (her boo and her interest in culinary arts. The twenty plus year union between Dekesiha and Darrel provided them with something else to love: four beautiful babies.
 
Dekesiha was called home on July 2, 2016. she leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband, Darrel; son, Darrel Jr.;
daughters, Daquasier, Danaya and Datavia; mother, Dedra Graham; brothers, Tavares Hardy and Jowell Johnson; stepfather, Arnold Graham; mother-in-law, Thelma Sharp; brothers-in-law, Terry and Lenny Sharp; sister-in-law, Genene Hardy; aunt, Leatrice Robinson; uncles, Ronald and Alphonzo Elliott; and a host of beloved relatives and friends.
