Biography: Kecia Celestine Moye-Gray was born to Tonya Moye and Cleveland Robinson (deceased) on December 23, 1988. She went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 3, 2020.
She was raised in the Bronx, where she lived with her mother,grandparents, and brother. Kecia attended and graduated from the
following schools: PS 31elementry school, IS 183 JHS and James Adams HS where she majored in cosmetology. After graduation, she got a job at Starbucks as a cashier and was eventually promoted to a managerial position.
Kecia was beautiful inside and out. She was sweet, caring and LOVED her family. She had a presence about her that touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with and when she gave you that look, you knew you did or saidsomething she didn’t like lol. She will forever be remembered, cherished and loved by all who knew her.
She was a fashionista. If you ever wanted to know the latest style of sneakers, shoes, boots, coats, and clothes all you had to do was watch what she was wearing.
In 2005 Kecia met her soulmate, the love of her life Emanuel Gray. The two of them co-founded Kecia and Emani’s Delivery Service LLC. On June 2, 2019 they welcomed their precious bundle of joy into the world, Emani Gray. Kecia and Emanuel became husband and wife in April 2020. Kecia was a devoted and loving wife and mother, daughter, granddaughter, niece, sister, cousin, and friend. She was a proud mother.
She is survived by Emanual Gray (husband), Emani Gray (daughter), Tonya Moye (mother), Jason Moye (brother), Gwendolyn Moye (grandmother), Al Doyle (grandfather), Shaquna King (aunt), Dubri King (uncle), Ruth Brown (aunt), Margie Pebbles (aunt), Jannie Moye (aunt), Nicole Doyle (aunt), Yvette Gray (mother-in-law), Valerie Gray (aunt), Freddie Moye (uncle), Tony
Robinson (uncle), Alfonso Robinson (uncle), Samuel Gray (uncle), Lloyd Gray (uncle), Sherrie Gray (aunt), Daniyah Jamison and Jay Morris (godchildren) and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Her loving aunt, Jeanette Moye and loving father, Cleveland Robinson, preceded her in death.
