Biography: Shirley Ann Palmer was born October 13, 1951 in Greensboro North Carolina by her beautiful mother Helen Melissa Jones Hawkins.
Shirley was one of a kind and always will be. She worked as a CNA at Jewish Home Hospital for 23 plus years. She was known at work for her compassion and caring heart. She always cared for everyone and made sure everyone was good. She's the most compassionate beautiful spirit that has ever entered our lives and will forever be remembered. Shirley loved to spend time with her family and have fun. She loved everyone and will continue to watch over us and be everyone's guardian angel.
On August 26, 2020 Shirley got her wings and went to walk with the angels. She was 68 years old. Through her health failing for 10 years due to cancer and other medical issues. The love for her family and friends kept her pushing through all her pain to the end.
Shirley leaves behind to cherish memories: her three- daughters Laurice, Marshirlee, and Marvinia; and her only son Edward; Younger brother Boyse and two sisters Violet and Lynet; 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews; her beloved partner Noel; Son in-laws Toure and Trevor.
