Frank Clark was born December 17, 1930, to Luella Jones and Frank Williams. Frank attended Englewood School in Alexandria, La. He enlisted in the US Army in 1948.
Upon Frank Honorable discharge from the US military, he married Mary, and they had four children. Frank later married Betty Henry, and they had two children.
He loved the Army: it reared him, it nurtured him, and it gave him some of the most satisfying years of his life. Frank never met a stranger. He loved and welcomed every soul he came across into his warm heart and was the person that believes in enjoying life at its best.
Frank made New York his new home in 1964, where his New York family and friends loved him. It's no coincidence they call New York the city that never sleeps.
Frank transitioned from this life on Sunday, March 14, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank Williams and Luella Jones; children-Joyce Ford, Janet Collins, Aris Patricia Clark, and Kenneth Clark. He leaves to cherish his memories to his children Bernard Clark (Julie) Friendswood, Texas, Frederick Clark Sr. Houston, Texas, Frank Clark Jr. Alexandria, Louisiana, and a host of grandchildren, nieces nephews.
