Biography:
atricia Ann Flowers, affectionately known as “Pat”, was born on March 15, 1955, to Barbara Jean Barnum and Lawrence Robinson at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, LA. She was the middle child of three children.
Patricia graduated from Kieran Junior High School in 1969, and shortly after, her family relocated to Queens, New York, where she attended Andrew Jackson High School. Patricia married her high school sweetheart, Thomas E. Flowers Sr., in 1973, where her family began to grow, blessing her parents with many grandkids to cherish.
Patricia held several jobs in the security industry until she stopped working to spend time visiting her grandchildren in various states. The family was the most important thing to Patricia and she made sure to show her support to all of her 9 children.
Patricia was an avid Yankees fan and lived her life to the fullest. She enjoyed festivals and attending outdoor concerts in various parks. She was energetic, kind-hearted and her infectious laugh could light up a room. Patricia will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew her.
Patricia is preceded in death by her son, Jamarr Flowers. She is survived by her dear mother, Barbara Jean Barnum. Her two brothers, Richard Robinson, and Lawrence Washington Jr. She also leaves to mourn her 8 children, Torrena Flowers (NY), Master Koxxe (LA), Mekeia James (CA), Ramell Flowers (CA), Darnell West- Barnum (FL), Shaquira Barnum (LA), Dominique Baldwin (LA), and Latrell Barnum (LA). Her two brothers, Richard Robinson and Lawrence Washington Jr., 12 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
