Paralee Feld

12-28-1939 - 03-14-2018

Biography: Paralee Feld was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Elizabeth Murphy Farrison and Alonzo Dean Farrison on December 28, 1939. She was the fifth of seven children. Paralee attended elementary school P.S.10 in the Bronx, NY with her siblings, as well as secondary school Jane Adams High School.

After the passing of her father and mother (Alonzo and Elizabeth), she moved to Manhattan where she graduated High School. She later went to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts. While in New York, she met her late husband Joseph Feld Sr. After marriage, she later had four children. Paralee enjoyed a variety of music, but gospel was her choice. She enjoyed shopping and buying gifts. She would give you her last, just to make sure you were okay. She was the type of person who would give you  the shirt off her back. She was also kind hearted and good spirited; that was Paralee. She enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. Very outspoken, funny and love to have fun. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but most of her time was spent with her great grandchildren. She was known to everyone as “Lee” or “O.G.G.” as Michael Adams her son in law would call her.

Paralee later met the love of her life Kenneth Curtis and they began a life together until the day of her passing.
