Biography:
Constance Marie Taylor was called home to her eternal rest on Friday March 17, 2018. She was born in Garyburg, North Carolina. She was the eldest of four children born to Willie Otis Taylor and Catherine Harding Taylor Miles.
Constance received her high school diploma in 1953 at Gumberry High School.
Constance worked for the federal government for over 30 years. She was a world traveler going to places such as Africa, China, Japan, India and Egypt. She also traveled across the United States and took many cruises. She loved eating good food and was a very sharp dresser.
Constance attended friendship Baptist Church for over 50 years. She was asked to be a moderator for many womens events at her church over the years.
She is survived by her sister Jean Taylor White of Jacksonville, Florida One uncle Robert Harding of Louisville, Kentucky, Three nieces, Mrs. Gail Olsen of Boca Raton, Florida, Aleesha Taylor of New York and Terri Brewer of Colwyn, PA one nephew Franklin Adolphus Taylor II of New Jersey and many other great nieces and nephews.
