Biography: Denise Helen Clements was born on August 6, 1958, in Durham, North Carolina to Mr. James Clements and Lavern Clements. Denise was the second oldest of five siblings. At the age often, she moved with her father to Lansing, Michigan. There she spent most of her childhood. For a short time, she moved to New York, then returned to Michigan. In her teenage years in Michigan, she had her first child, Ladonna Clements. Denise moved to the Bronx, New York. There she met the late Randolph Samuels 2011; they solidified their union in the late 90's and had two sons Randy and Eric Clements. In New York, Denise attended Julia Richmond High School and worked as a Dietary assistant at Harlem Hospital.
 
Denise loved God; she was a prominent member of Antioch Baptist Church in Harlem New York. She loved her Church family and dedicated her life to serving her God. Denise will be remembered as a loving, nurturing, and caring women. Her down to earth soul gravitated many people to her. She loved family gatherings, traveling, dancing andmost of all, creating beautiful memories with her family and friends.
 
Denise's life will forever be cherished in the lives of her Children: Ladonna, Randy, and Eric Clements. Late Loving Husband: Randolph Samuels (2011). Grandchildren: Rondell Clements, Deyvone Willams (2000), Maleek Jack, Great Grandchildren: Rihanna Clements, Romell Clements, Kaycee Crawford. Siblings. Michael Clements, James Clements, Sherry Clements, Mark Clements (2017) Nephews: Ruben and Curtis Clements and a host of Loving family and Friends.
