Biography:

Sister Daisy Ragin Kennedy departed this life Friday, January 24, 2025, at the hospital. Daisy was born in Clarendon County, September 19, 1954, to the late Mr. Ferdinand Ragin Sr., and Mrs. Sara L. Ragin.

She attended the public school of Clarendon County and graduated with her class of 1972. Daisy was a member of historical Liberty Hill in her youth, then moved to New York.  In New York, she joined her membership to her Uncle Reverend Esau Moses Ragin at New Hope Community Church. She worked faithfully in every auxiliary in the church. She joined the Rocky Mountain Baptist Church and served faithfully in the church until her health failed.

Daisy Ragin was united in Holy Matrimony to Charles Kennedy. One brother David Ragin of Summerton, Two Sisters Dr. Ella Ragin Johnson of Summerton, Shirley Ragin of Sumter SC, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
