Biography: Philip Hall Jr., affectionately also known as Phil, was born on October 9, 1941 to Philip Hall Sr. and Berdie Hall at Harlem Hospital in New York City. 

Philip attended PS 5 Grammar School, PS 139 and graduated from Brandeis High School in New York City. Philip possessed a charming, loving personality and a youthful spirit. He was loved by everyone who knew him. He really enjoyed helping people.

Philip loved food, money and dancing. He treasured life and loved his family and friends. He was always smiling and had a great sense of humor; he loved making you laugh. He loved fishing with his father, playing cards and spending quality time with his family.

Philip was a hard worker and held several positions over the years. He worked for the Sanitation Department of New York City, Chrysler with his father, Philip Hall Sr. and the Marriott Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland. 

Philip is survived by: six sisters, a brother (Howard Hall), two daughters, Stephanie and Antionette, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He will truly be missed.
