Biography: Hank was born in St. John's, Antigua on October 16,1970. He spent his childhood in the Caribbean, until his family migrated to NY in 1984 where he attended North Middle School and then to Brentwood High School. Hank had a love for law and dreamed of becoming a lawyer. He discovered a talent for cooking, and pursued training in Culinary Arts at NYIT. He received a full NAACP scholarship. The only one that was awarded that year in Suffolk County. In 1990, he pledged Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc, Psychotic Pi Tau chapter at NYIT/CI campus.
Hank held many various culinary positions over the years. He worked as a line cook, sous chef, prep cook, and even helped planned menus, trained new staff, and he oversaw inventory. He worked at many restaurants like Flynn's Fire Island, Tavern on the Green, TGI Friday’s and OTG to name a few. He even dreamed of opening his own restaurant and/or catering business.
He had a love for sports. As a youngster, Hank played Varsity basketball, baseball, football and lacrosse. He loved his NY Yankees and Dallas Cowboys. He loved to watch and attend WWE sporting events.
Hank was survived by his son Jordan Williams, mother, Carmen Williams, sister, Denise Williams, nephew Grayson Williams, finance, Annette Simon, stepdaughter, Krystal Simon aka Baby-girl, his Father, Erfline Williams, stepmother Gene Williams, stepfather, Keithley Caesar, stepbrothers, Michael and Steven Thomas, and Harold McDonald, and many Aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Augusta Simon and Aunt Cecelia Williams and stepbrother Shawn Ferguson (He was very close to Shawn). On Friday, January 10, 2020 at 14:14, Hank received his heavenly wings. He loved sincerely and unconditionally, and he was loved the same.
