Biography: Jeffrey McClendon was born to the union of the late Ruby Hawes and Jerome McClendon on July 9, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York. Jeffrey at an early age, was cared and raised by a second set of parents, the Reverend Evelyn and Joseph Roberts of Central Islip, New York.
Jeffrey attended school in the New York school system. At an early age, Jeffrey became a member of the Friendly Christian Church in Brooklyn, New York. He was a member of the youth choir as well as countless of other church activities.
Jeffrey was employed at Fidelity Investment when our Father who art in Heaven called him home.
Jeffrey leaves in God’s care: his loving sister, Valencia McClendon of Hastings-On-Hudson, New York; his parents, Joseph and Reverend Evelyn Roberts of Central Islip, New York; aunts and uncles, Ethlee Lyons of Queens, New York; Thelma Garrett (Frank) of San Antonio, Texas; Helen Mitchell (Arthur) of Charleston, South Carolina; Mary Jenkins (Clinton) of Queens, New York; along with a host of cousins, co-workers and friends.
