Biography: Rashad Fox was born on May 3, 1987, to Joann Fox-Dorsey and Jean-Marc Victorin. He was the second of four children. Rashad attended John H. Finley Elementary School. He graduated from George Washington High School. Upon graduating he attended Hostos Community College and then enrolled in the United States Army. He received several awards, medals and recognitions: an Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Campaign Star; Army Commendation, Army Good Conduct National Defense Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Nato Medal, Marksmanship Badge with Riffle Bar; just to name a few. He served 4 years. After being honorably discharged he attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice.
His passion was bodybuilding, and was always fond watching action movies, for example; Hanging with the Homeboys, he would recite the line: “Yo Willie, I’ll put you down; you an ugly ………” He was affectionately called: “Loop Loop”, “BearHand”, “Shoddy” and “Big Daddy Kane”. He never stopped talking about sports and music. Rashad was an avid debater when it came to politics.
Rashad touched all who came in contact with him and will be missed. He leaves to cherish His memory; His parents Jean-Marc Victorin, Joann and Shawn Dorsey. 4 siblings Jamal Fox, Christopher Fox, and Shawn Dorsey Jr. 3 aunts, grandmother Yvonne Fox, grandfather George Victorin, adoptive grandparents Vivian and Roy Dorsey and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
