Michael Bernard Shinaul was a son, a brother and a friend. He was born March 26, 1968 in New York City to Leroy Shinaul and Emma Swan. He was a twin to the late Melvin Shinaul.
Michael attended Public School 7, Junior High School 45 and graduated from Boses. He worked at the Waldorf Astoria for over ten years.
Michael had a gift for cooking which lead him to changing his career to become a Personal Chef. Michael had a big heart. He would give you the shirt off his back.
Michael was preceded by his sister Margaret Swan and his twin brother Melvin Eugene Shinaul. He can now be at peace as he’s reunited with his twin Melvin Shinaul.
Cherishing his memory he leaves: father Leroy Shinaul; mother Emma Swan; brother Aaron Shinual (Valerie Shinaul); stepbrother Rodell Afflic; three sisters: Rose Marie, Catherine and Patricia Shinaul; uncles Robert Shinaul, John Shinaul and James Shinaul and Lucious Holloway; his favorite aunts Dorothy Holloway, Hattie Shinaul and Bernice Rhames. He also leaves to cherish his memories: his beloved twins Shalika and Sharika; and Ferida; In-laws Anthony, Ronnie Tonya and Shelby and Valerie. A host of cousins, over eighty five nieces and nephews and dear friends who also knew and loved Michael.
