Biography: William De Prince Williams (aka Billy, Will or William Frazier) was born in New York City on January 18, 1982, to mother Francine Juanita Williams and father William Cromwell aka “Big Billy” (both deceased).
 
Billy was the kind of person that once you met him you never forgot him; because he was a little man with a giant and expressive soul. He resided in San Francisco, California for most of his adult life. His last residence being Saint Stephen, South Carolina.
 
He leaves behind: his forever loving and loyal brothers, Lemar, Le Neir, Le Vonne and Gregory. He also leaves behind countless loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, a nephew Lemar Jr, niece Zaria, God son and grandmother on his father’s side.
 
Billy we will cry for you for a while. But you’ve left us with so many funny and memories that we have to thank you. And isn’t that what lift suppose to be about? That means you’ve done your job and you did it well. So rest-in-peace dearest nephew. And feel our loving goodbyes.
