Gloria Roosevelt Loving entered the gates of heaven on the morning of December 26th, 2022. She was surrounded by sounds of love everyday leading up to the day our Heavenly Father welcomed her home. She was born on February 2nd, 1945 in New York City. Her parents William and Louise Montgomery named her Golden Roosevelt Montgomery. William and Louise had five children, three daughters and two sons, of whom Gloria was the youngest.

 

Later in life Gloria was blessed with daughters of her own. Then she met the love of her life Frederick F. Loving Jr. (RICO, deceased 10/29/87), who had children of his own. With Gloria’s children, Rico’s children, and their children together they created and nurtured a large loving family that continues to grow through the families of their children. GLORIA has eight children as follows: Roslyn Loving-Haynes(Gerard Haynes), Venus (Bunny) Montgomery, Debra Loving, Schererazade Duckett-Nesmith (Lawrence Nesmith), Pharoh Loving(Lisa Loving), Nkrumah Loving, Shaheeb Loving; Abdulla Loving(Vaniella Loving), and three step-children who’s names are Armenrah Loving, Sheba Loving, and Saladina Loving. She was also blessed with twenty grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces and nephews. She has an abundance of love from family, friends, and extended family.

She will REMAIN in our hearts FOREVER.
