Biography: Dedra Graham was born on June 12, 1960, at Brooklyn Jewish Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Major Elliott and Mary Elliott. She was one of five children and attended school in New York City and Baltimore, Maryland.
Dedra was a loving mother, devoted wife, grandmother, sister, and friend. She worked as a Home Health Aide and later as a Security Guard until health challenges led to her retirement. She was known for her caring heart, generous spirit, and willingness to help others. She found great joy in cooking for family and friends and treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren, who brought endless happiness to her life.
Dedra was preceded in death by two of her children. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Arnold Graham; her son, Jowell Johnson; her stepson, Arnold Bernard; her grandchildren, Darrell, Jayden, Amadeus, Tavares Jr., Christian, Mayson, Tailik, Daquasier, Danaya, Datavia, and Shamya; her loving sister, Leatrice Robinson (Carl); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends. Dedra's love, kindness, and beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
