Biography: Felisa Ann Sanders also known as “Fee” Born April 5, 1974, to Brenda Emma Sanders and Lee Meyer Binyard in Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.Fee was a one of a kind woman ,tough, intelligent and a straight go getta as she would say. She attended elementary school at P.S.219 and middle school at J.H.S 252. Then in 1991 she gave birth to the two loves of her life, La’Monye Sanders and Shaheen Sanders (affectionately known as the “Buddaz”. Shortly after her family moved to Sheepshead Bay. Fee participated in a high school equivalency program in Coney Island Hospital which is where her career began.
As a natural born workaholic, she managed to go from student intern to fulltime Clerical Supervisor of the Emergency Room, on top of being a mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Always wanting the best for her family in late 2018, she ignited her entrepreneurial spirit by starting her own jewelry business called Firalyfe Jewelz. She loved dolling up her customers and became a star consultant quickly.
Sadly on September 15, 2019, Felisa went on to see her heavenly family and was greeted by her grand father Moses Sanders, her grandmothers Beatrice Credell and Estella Sanders and her older belated brother Shaheen Sanders.
Felisa leaves behind to mourn her: grandfather, John Credell; her mother, Brenda Emma Sanders; father, Lee Meyers Binyard ( Beatrice Binyard), her sisters Patricia Binyard, Maritza Rugley Nicole Brown and Ricky Dicks“, The Buddaz”, La’Monye and Shaheen Sanders; her daughter-in-law, Sophie Boodoo; her beautiful grandchildren: Aiden Sanders and Adrianna Sanders; her aunts Estella Garrett and Susan Fullwood; her uncles, Carl Binyard and William Garrett (Shareese Garrett) and Anthony White; cousins James Garrett, Jason Garrett (Sylvia Garrett) , Jaclyn Garrett-Insuasti (Enrique Insuaati), and Janelle Garrett; plus a host of nieces, Nephews, godchildren , friends and coworkers who will miss her dearly!!!
