Theodore Washington Singleton, 65 passed on October 27, 2021, from an unexpected heart attack. Even though a failing heart took him away from this world, his loving heart left a beacon of light for all who love him dearly.
Theodore was born in Charleston, South Carolina (John Island) on May 10, 1956. He came to New York with his loving parents at three months old. Theodore attended school in the New York City school system, and when he left the school system, he
decided to enlist in the Army. He served three years in the military service.
Theodore was known to his family as Ted who was a loving father to his three children He enjoyed hanging out with his cousin Kenneth, friends: Dave, T’Boy, Richard (deceased), who was like his brother.
Theodore had a loving heart and cared for his friends in the neighborhood and other family members he loved dearly. He loved fiercely and deeply, and we take comfort in knowing that Theodore is now at peace surrounded by light.
Theodore (Ted, Teddy) is preceded in death by his brother Anthony Williams. He is survived by his mother, Leola Singleton Williams, father, Joseph Williams, Children Theodore Singleton, T’Emerald Singleton, Tyreke Singleton. Siblings Joseph Williams, Kevin Williams, Sandra Williams. Nephews and Nieces, Anthony Williams, Antione Williams, Andre Williams, Anthony Williams Jr., Aaron Williams, Kevin Williams, David McNeal Jr., Ashlie McNeal, Brandon Williams, Olivia Williams, Noori Williams, Jibreel Williams, and a host of family and friends.
