Biography:
Aleshia “Lala Touche” Latouche, a beautiful butterfly was born to Mr. Felix (deceased) and Mrs. Lorraine Latouche in Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, N.Y. Aleshia departed this earthly life on Monday January 17, 2022. Aleshia was immersed in the Christian community that would be lifelong support from an early age. Aleshia was educated in the New York City public school system, after graduating from Seward Park High School, she attended Monroe College to begin her secondary education. Aleshia started her career as a New York City School Safety Officer, later joining New York City Department of Corrections Boldest. Here she served 14 years until her untimely death.
The simplest pleasures in life bought boundless joy to Aleshia. She loved a good social gathering with friends and a glass of wine in hand. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities of motherhood. Aleshia was loved by everyone who she met, a fantastic mother, great daughter, and a friend to all levels of society. No matter the circumstances you would always leave with a story of something funny and crazy Aleshia did while you were with her. Aleshia dreamed of exploring the world one day, so we say fly butterfly fly!
Aleshia leaves to mourn a loving mother, Mrs. Lorraine Latouche, two beautiful daughters, Maddison Smith, and Megan Grant. She also leaves her brother Andre and sister Alesha Latouche, her aunt Loretta Campbell, and her uncle Levey Campbell, along with a host of family and friends.
