Saeed Amir “Chin Chin” Stout age 19, went to heaven on Tuesday March 29th, 2022 at Blythedale Children’s Hospital with both of his grandmother's Hope and Renee by his side. Saeed was born November 12th, 2002 to parents Kayla Anne Chin and Saeed Hakika Stout.
Chin Chin had the sweetest and kindest soul and spirit. Even after he lost his ability to walk, play and feed himself he adapted and remained positive and happy.
Chin Chin attended elementary school at P.S 199 in Manhattan, a stone's throw from Lincoln Center. He loved his school, teachers and classmates who loved and nurtured him. Upon graduation from P.S. 199, he attended Adapt Community Network (formerly UCP) in Brooklyn until the 10th grade. Due to his hospitalizations he finished his 11th year and was a few month’s shy of completing the twelfth grade when he passed away.
If you knew Chin Chin you know about his adventurous spirit. He loved to travel and fly, he always wanted to experience new things. He would often pick out pictures or show commercials of things he wanted to do or see which included several trips to Disney World, Universal Studios and Hawaii, which were among his favorite places. Besides traveling Chin also loved many genres of music and had his own little dance moves.
He was also a movie connoisseur and had collected about 300+ movies, including DVDs and old school VHS classics. He loved scary movies like “Chucky” and he would follow movie collectors and critics on YouTube. Chin Chin loved going to the movies, fine dining and spending his summers in the Hamptons with his grandma Renee.
