Biography:
Chakaina Anderson was born on December 21, 1985 to Bavelle Anderson and Edward Luke at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was raised and adopted by her aunt Joann Anderson and Patrick Walker.
Chakaina, better known as Kay, was a very outgoing and kindhearted person. She always kept a smile on her face. She loved her family, but most of all she loved her children.
Kay attended P.S. 30 Elementary School, I.S. 195 Junior High School and graduated from Park West High School. Chakaina was recently accepted to Boriqua College to further her education.
Kay joined First Corinthians Baptist Church and later got baptized and gave her life to the Lord. Kay was called home on August 3, 2022.
She leaves to mourn: her mother Bavelle Anderson; her father Edward Luke; her stepfather Patrick Walker; daughters: Makayla and Treshia; brother, James Blue; sisters: Sharri, Marva, Kenisha, Crystal, Shavonne, Dominique, Shatist, Bridget and Malaysha; aunt, Reverend Delilah Blanchard; boyfriend, Eric; best friend, Rachel Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
As she proceeds to the pearly gates of heaven, her son Rashid will be awaiting her arrival.
